North Coast, California
About the Wine: Venture across either the Golden Gate Bridge or the Bay Bridge, and a wine lover's paradise awaits. You have arrived in California's North Coast wine country. Given its vast area and numerous microclimates, the North Coast region is home to virtually every popular grape variety, providing winemakers with a smorgasbord of options for their single-variety elixirs and multi-variety cuvees. Dublin Ranch procured the fruit for its 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon from North Coast growers, and transformed the perfectly ripened grapes into a multilayered wine that's complex yet accessible. Its fruit flavors are complemented by earth and oak notes, and it stands tall as a delicious example of North Coast quality.

When to Drink: Now through 2026.
Food Pairing Suggestions: We're loving this wine with spareribs with a slightly sticky glaze.
South Eastern Australia
About the Wine: Shiraz is Australia's most widely planted and celebrated grape, and for good reason. South Eastern Australia is known around the world for producing full-bodied, full-flavored and gloriously complex Shiraz like this gem. Bursting with an intense, yet elegant flavor spectrum, the full-bodied palate is round, supple and expansive. Layers of red berry fruits, sweet tobacco, plum and vanilla lead to a long, soft and rich finish.
Food Pairings: Delicious with Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip or Barbecued Ribs.
About the Winemaker: Veteran Australian winemaker Gary Stokes has hand-crafted wine from Australia to New Zealand to Italy but he's best known for his decadent Australian Shiraz. His lifelong obsession with wine began with stints at some of Australia's top wineries where he learned every aspect of the grape growing and winemaking trade from the ground up. Today Gary is still traveling and still all about his passion for winemaking where every drop made is to be enjoyed.
Paso Robles, California
About the Wine: Pinot Noir is a grape that loves dramatic temperature swings between day and night and rocky, sloping vineyards. The grapes for this wine come from the part of Paso Robles most influenced by the cooling effects of the Pacific Ocean. Fresh, bright and brimming with luscious fruit and elegant notes of black cherry and raspberry, this refreshing Pinot Noir is too good to miss!
Food Pairings: Bacon Wrapped, Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary or Grilled Salmon.
About the Winemaker: Nancy Walker's science teacher father instilled a love of science and nature in her. So it wasn't that far-fetched when, bitten hard by the winemaking bug, she took an entry-level cellar position at a Mendocino County winery rather than heading to medical school. The rest, as they say, is history. Nancy's passion and expertise has earned her Winemaker positions at a number of prestigious California wineries.
Bordeaux, France
About the Wine: Wine experts agree that 2019 is a seriously good vintage for Bordeaux. James Suckling says "the wines are outstanding quality" with "the sleek tannins and pure fruit character I expect from Bordeaux." See for yourself with this beautifully balanced, rich, oak-aged blend with lots of raspberry, blackberry and red cherry on the palate and soft tannins. A robust, distinctive Merlot-based cuvee that is world-class!
Food Pairings: Enjoy with French Braised Stew, Rack of Lamb or Filet Mignon
About the Winemaker: We were able to secure a limited quantity of this classic Bordeaux, but only on the condition that we don't name the exact source!
